Meaning of grove Holder
A person who has planted a grove on land which was given which was given to him or granted by the landlord for planting the grove. The person who has planted the grove with the written permission of the landlord or as a fixed rent tenant in Avadh – area. Under UPZA and LR Act all the grove holders have become bhumidhar under section 18 of the Act.
