Meaning of ‘chritable purposes’.
Section 3(3) of the UPZA & LR Act lays down or define charitable purposes.
It includes relief to the Poor’s and to educational purposes or any relief or public utility but does not include, any purpose exclusively related to religious teaching or worship.
