Meaning of religious purpose
Section 3(23) of the UPZA and LR Act defines the religious purpose.
It means and includes a purpose connected with religious worship, teaching or performance of religious rites.
The definition is not exhaustive infact no comprehensive definition can ever be given what basically constitutes for religious purpose, but a general definition is given with regard to the same.
